Nonogram.online is a free browser-based nonogram (picross) puzzle game. The Service allows you to play logic puzzles directly in your web browser without the need for account registration or payment.

3. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Service without permission
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service

4. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, and code on the Service are owned by Nonogram.online and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our express written consent.

5. Game Data and Local Storage

The Service uses cookies and your browser's local storage (including IndexedDB) to save game progress and preferences. This data is stored on your device. We are not responsible for any loss of game data resulting from clearing your browser data, using a different browser, or any other action that affects local storage.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nonogram.online shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

The Service uses third-party services including Google Analytics, Amplitude, CookieYes, and Supabase. Your use of the Service is also subject to the terms and privacy policies of these third-party providers.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
